Growing Construction Company seeks an Assistant Controller for its lower Westchester headquarters. Reporting to the Controller, specific responsibilities include analyzing construction costs by job site, explaining variances, reviewing project costs, coordinating with project managers, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow projections and assisting in the month end close. Applicants should have an AS in Accounting (Bachelor's degree preferred), 3 or more years of real estate/construction accounting background and background with Yardi software (Voyager preferred).
